What you'll do

  • Lead a team of system administrators supporting multiple on-site classified and isolated network environments.
  • Oversee operations for Windows Server, RHEL, Active Directory, email platforms, and endpoint security tools.
  • Maintain compliance with DCSA, DoD Cybersecurity Workforce requirements, and NIST standards.
  • Coordinate technical planning, system hardening, patching, and vulnerability management across infrastructure.
  • Support accreditation activities, incident handling processes, and preparation for customer security audits.
  • Manage hardware resources, network components, and hands-on equipment requiring on-site support.
  • Provide technical, cost, and schedule inputs for proposal development and cybersecurity staffing estimates.
  • Perform Control Account Manager responsibilities including tracking cost and schedule performance using EVM processes.

What we're looking for

  • Active US Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 9 years of experience.
  • Graduate degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Compliance with DoD Cybersecurity Workforce certification requirements (preferred).
  • Progressive experience in system administration, network operations, information security, and engineering leadership (preferred).
  • Experience leading teams supporting classified environments and DoD governed technical processes (preferred).
  • U.S. citizens.
