What you'll do

Direct the manufacturing test engineering team by setting objectives, guiding initiatives, and assessing outcomes.
Develop and implement scalable manufacturing test strategies for products transitioning from pre-production to full-scale output.
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure product testability and seamless integration into production lines.
Drive advancements in automation, uniformity, and operational streamlining across all manufacturing testing processes.
Manage the full lifecycle of test capabilities from system-level checkouts to component-level in-process validation.
Analyze test data to identify and implement improvements for both products and manufacturing processes.
Lead the procurement, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation of new manufacturing test equipment.
Establish proactive maintenance and calibration protocols for all manufacturing test hardware.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant industry experience with an emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Minimum of 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering or relevant adjacent fields.
Experience in Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabView, or other forms of test automation.
Experience with computer hardware communication protocols including USB, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, PCIe, HDMI, and CAN.
Solid experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and knowledge of testing standards like acceptance, EOL, and ESS testing.
Proficiency in using electronic and RF test equipment.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
