  • Design, perform, and analyze data for unusually complex engineering experiments while ensuring safety guidelines.
  • Develop innovative solutions and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Determine product process specifications and identify equipment strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.
  • Guide less experienced engineers in applying techniques to define methods on complex systems.
  • Lead research and development efforts for new technologies as appropriate for business success.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a proven track record of significant technology contributions as a recognized technical expert.
  • Must have experience conceiving and implementing new technologies with numerous critical patents or published papers within the last five years.
  • Must be able to manage and guide less experienced engineers in utilizing techniques for complex systems.
  • Must demonstrate comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within the job family and related fields.
  • Must possess advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational issues.
  • Must have the ability to influence others internally and externally, including senior management.
  • Must be able to manage multiple related teams and set organizational priorities while allocating resources.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
