Manager, Electrochemical Process Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage engineers in characterizing hardware and defining new technologies for complex systems.
• Resolve extremely complex process engineering issues for key customers to address High Value Problems.
• Design and perform complex engineering experiments to provide innovative technical solutions.
• Determine product process specifications and identify equipment strengths, weaknesses, and development opportunities.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and execute exceptionally complex engineering projects.
• Conceive and implement new technologies and serve as a primary inventor on critical patents.
• Manage multiple related teams, set organizational priorities, and allocate resources.
• Analyze experimental results and escalate critical technology issues to senior management.

• Manage experimental tests, evaluate results, and escalate critical technology issues to management.
• Determine product process specifications and identify equipment strengths, weaknesses, and developmental opportunities.
• Lead collaboration efforts with executive managers and junior managers to ensure strategic execution.
• Develop innovative solutions as part of a proven track record of significant technology contributions.
• Conceive and implement new technology as primary inventor on numerous critical patents within the last five years.
• Manage multiple related teams, set organizational priorities, and allocate resources.
