What you'll do

  • Ensure every DGX platform is ready for production with a validated software stack.
  • Lead development of manageability firmware stack for all DGX platforms.
  • Define validation strategy and establish quality gates for DGX platforms.
  • Drive platform bring-up and own architectural strategy for next-generation systems.
  • Represent DGX platform readiness in executive reviews and strategic planning.
  • Own the complete delivery lifecycle from architecture to customer deployment.
  • Manage external vendor partnerships with clear quality gates and program tracking.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years in systems firmware/software engineering, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in server system stack, including SBIOS, BMC, OS, and application integration.
  • Proven track record delivering multi-generation server or data center platforms from architecture to deployment.
  • Experience managing cross-geography engineering teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of server hardware components like CPU, GPU, interconnects, memory, PCIe, and power delivery.
  • Ownership of end-to-end product quality through firmware validation, full-stack system testing, and field deployment.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA DGX or GPU-accelerated platforms, DMTF Redfish, OCP standards.
