This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to advocate for best practices across the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Defines the DevX roadmap and manages the backlog for internal developer tooling.
  • Engages engineering teams to gather requirements and drive adoption of new tools.
  • Conducts code reviews and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Creates and reviews user stories, providing input on effort estimation and design.
  • Oversees onboarding and ongoing training for team members in DevX practices.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and as a Product Owner.
  • Hands-on experience with Internal Developer Portals like Backstage.
  • Strong GitOps skills for managing infrastructure through Git-based workflows.
  • Expertise in DevOps tools including Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes.
  • At least 7 years of platform engineering or related technical experience.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field required.
  • 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
