What you'll do
Lead manufacturing test strategy and execution for Datacenter systems throughout product lifecycle.
Own readiness of test solutions for builds, ramps, and customer deliveries of Datacenter products.
Refine and scale test methodologies, diagnostics, automation, and infrastructure for complex system products.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, efficiency, and long-term execution.
Identify gaps in test coverage and guide teams toward practical solutions for manufacturing issues.
Mentor and grow a team responsible for Datacenter product test execution and infrastructure development.
What we're looking for
Over 6 years of experience in post-silicon validation or manufacturing test.
At least 2 years of management experience leading technical teams and projects.
BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Datacenter system products and chip-to-system validation.
Experience with test strategy, diagnostics, production test infrastructure, and failure analysis.
Python programming and bash scripting proficiency.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
