Manager, Data Center Capacity Management

What you'll do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for global data center capacity management.
• Own comprehensive capacity planning for power, cooling, space, and availability across the global footprint.
• Forecast required capacity at the rack, row, and room levels to optimize power utilization.
• Utilize DCIM software and AI technologies to drive accurate inventory management and capacity modeling.
• Define and implement infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks to ensure data integrity.
• Execute regular physical audits to maintain asset accuracy for SOC 2 and SOX compliance.
• Oversee equipment end-of-life planning, decommissioning processes, and project management SLAs.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status.
• 7+ years of experience working in critical environments with direct exposure to data center capacity and power management.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing power utilization and capacity within a data center or similarly critical infrastructure environment.
• Experience in personnel management, people development, and building or growing a team.
• Strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, network, structured cabling, server, and storage infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM software for capacity planning and inventory management.
• Direct experience owning or executing physical audits in support of SOC 2 and SOX compliance requirements.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows (preferred).
