What you'll do

Manage data-related risks including privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance across global payment networks.
Develop overarching programs and establish controls to mitigate risk in evolving data environments.
Mine large, complex databases containing millions or billions of records to extract critical information.
Identify and implement improvements for organizational processes, data quality, and reporting systems.
Build and use models to test and validate data integrity across various business units.
Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior analysts to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct analysis to evaluate product offerings and develop strategic tests for marketing materials.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of experience.
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
A Master's Degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in people management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in project management (preferred).
