What you'll do

Mine large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records to extract crucial information.
Build and use models to test, validate data, and evaluate products or marketing materials.
Identify and implement improvements for processes, data quality, and reporting systems.
Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems.
Analyze data to improve operational efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior analysts to advance their careers.
Develop and implement strategic tests for products, initiatives, and marketing materials.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of experience.
At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience utilizing and developing within AWS services (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience delivering Data Governance and Data Quality Management in the financial services industry (preferred).
