Manager, Corporate Security

What you'll do

• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise access control platforms and video management systems across a multi-site portfolio.
• Manage the credential lifecycle, including access group structures and badge provisioning standards.
• Lead security systems design, installation, and commissioning for new facility build-outs and renovations.
• Review architectural drawings to identify security requirements and flag hardware vulnerabilities before construction.
• Develop cost estimates, scopes of work, and technical documentation for security system projects.
• Manage vendor performance, including RFP participation, change control, and invoice reconciliation.
• Investigate system outages and unauthorized access events to produce root-cause analyses and remediation plans.
• Track and report on system uptime, SLA compliance, and project delivery metrics for leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise access control and video surveillance systems across large, multi-site corporate portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major access control platform and one VMS platform.
• Working knowledge of low-voltage security hardware including door hardware, REX devices, credential readers, panels, and controllers.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios, including remote troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Strong written communication skills to produce technical documentation for practitioners and executive audiences.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure concepts such as networking fundamentals, VLANs, and Active Directory.
• Experience with international facility security requirements, residential technology deployments, or industry certifications like PSP (preferred).
