Manager, Content Creation and Communications, Financial Services

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy, writing, and publishing of an external executive thought leadership blog.
• Ghostwrite content in the specific style and voice of various corporate leaders.
• Develop internal amplification strategies for media moments, awards, and executive podcasts.
• Create social media copy and strategies to amplify executive voices across multiple channels.
• Manage executive reputation strategies by improving presence across SEO and GEO search results.
• Use data and analytics to measure campaign success and inform content improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally to manage high-visibility projects and solve complex business problems.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 6 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation/management, public relations, journalism, marketing, social media management, or writing.
• At least 3 years of experience in communication, content, or thought leadership strategy development for executive leaders.
• At least 2 years of experience in ghostwriting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or Journalism (preferred).
• Previous experience in financial services, technology, or similar organization (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, content creation/management, public relations, marketing, or writing (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in ghostwriting and 3+ years of editing using AP Style (preferred).
