What you'll do

Oversee lead Data Managers to ensure clinical data management deliverables meet standards and timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical study teams and external CRO partners.
Provide technical expertise on eCRF and database design, data quality, and reporting.
Manage data transfers, SAE/AE reconciliation, and MedDRA/WHO-DD coding for clinical studies.
Perform quality reviews and inspection readiness tasks to ensure quarterly IRR compliance.
Monitor data quality and assess progress on data issue remediation on an ongoing basis.
Identify risks and propose mitigations for operational or vendor-related issues.
Document sponsor oversight activities from protocol review through study close-out.

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
Clinical data management experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related industry.
Provide high-level expertise in data management to support clinical studies.
Oversee CRO data management activities, including eCRF design, database maintenance, and electronic edit checks.
Manage data transfers, SAE/AE reconciliation, and MedDRA/WHO-DD coding.
Perform quality review and inspection readiness tasks to meet quarterly Inspection Readiness Review (IRR) compliance.
Lead and oversee all data management deliverables and timelines for assigned studies.
