What we're looking for

Over 3 years of engineering team management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Experience using common electronics test equipment and developing test plans for complex systems.
Hands-on hardware testing background in Space/Aerospace/Military/Automotive sectors.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
Knowledge of MIL-STD-810, SMC-S-016, or MIL-STD-1540 standards.
