What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor teams in developing production-ready AI solutions to improve healthcare delivery and business operations.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for applied AI initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Guide the evaluation and adoption of generative AI, large language models, and intelligent agent technologies.
  • Oversee scalable APIs, data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and agent orchestration capabilities.
  • Translate complex business requirements into reliable technical solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish standards for AI evaluation, observability, performance, security, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure all AI products comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and security requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 10 or more years of experience in AI/ML product development, engineering, data science, or related technology work with leadership responsibility.
  • Experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI/ML products or platforms.
  • Experience delivering generative AI or intelligent agent solutions in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, model deployment, evaluation, and MLOps practices.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Python and experience using modern machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers, data scientists, or other technical professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience applying AI in healthcare or regulated industries; advanced degree (preferred).
