Manager, Applications, Epic Orders

What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and resources for Information Services projects.
• Oversee the implementation and support of new applications, modules, and software installations.
• Manage hardware upgrades, interface integrations, and major application upgrades.
• Provide day-to-day support for Information Services systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor the departmental budget to ensure projects stay within approved limits.
• Specify user requirements and align them with industry standards and business needs.
• Analyze complex problems and procedures to identify patterns and formulate logical conclusions.
• Prioritize assignments to ensure timely completion of critical job responsibilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 8 years of recent relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of specifying user requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of industry standards to support business requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare operations, structure, and the lifecycle of application environments.
• In-depth understanding of hospital inpatient and clinic outpatient operations.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong verbal and writing skills to communicate effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
