Manager Advanced Analytics and Products

What you'll do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of analytics engineers, developers, analysts, and data scientists in the business management domain.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for AI and analytics solutions to improve enterprise business operations.
• Build and maintain innovative products that leverage data, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
• Align product roadmaps with senior business stakeholder priorities to ensure measurable impacts on program execution.
• Communicate complex data stories and results effectively to an executive audience.
• Identify and prioritize team projects based on specific organizational needs and business requirements.
• Drive AI, analytics, and product strategy as a member of the Business i2 leadership team.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, a Master's and 6+ years, or a PhD and 4+ years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
• Demonstrated experience building high performing teams and developing technical talent.
• Understanding of the Business Management domain areas and metrics like financial performance, pricing, and forecasting.
• Experience in executive data storytelling and creating concise presentations to communicate insights.
• Ability to extract/manipulate data from databases using SQL and perform statistical analyses using R or Python.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Degree in a quantitative field (preferred).
• Experience using Databricks to build and operationalize analytical capabilities (preferred).
• Solid statistical understanding and exposure to advanced analytics such as machine learning (preferred).
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry (preferred).
