What we're looking for
BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.
4+ years of experience as a people manager or established technical leader of software engineering teams for customer-facing or compliance-critical products.
8-12+ years of hands-on software development experience building reliable, scalable backend systems.
Experience in tax, fintech, or other regulated/compliance-driven domains (preferred).
Demonstrated success managing large engineering organizations, including managing other managers or tech leads.
Expertise in software design, architecture, and distributed backend systems, microservices, and SaaS architecture.
Practical experience leveraging AI technologies and LLM integrations to drive engineering efficiency and product innovation.
