Managed Services Data, Analytics & AI Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning projects.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and coach team members by leveraging their unique strengths and providing performance feedback.
• Cultivate and maintain substantial relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Resolve complex challenges and engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders when necessary.
• Implement monitoring for AI models in production and develop reusable AI components.
• Ensure all project outputs comply with professional standards, technical guidelines, and firm policies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve service delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI and machine learning service delivery (preferred).
• Experience managing end-to-end AI/ML service operations (preferred).
• Experience leading client discussions on AI pipeline operationalization (preferred).
• Experience implementing monitoring for AI models in production (preferred).
• Experience guiding junior team members in AI systems (preferred).
• Experience with ITIL processes (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
