What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Expertise in video and image coding principles, algorithms, and techniques.
In-depth knowledge of compression standards including H.264, HEVC, VVC, VP9, AV1, and AV2.
Strong programming skills in C/C++.
Proficiency in digital signal processing and information theory.
Knowledge of computer vision and deep learning technologies.
