Machine Learning Research Scientist, Health AIML

What you'll do

• Lead research into health and fitness representation models and multimodal models.
• Design, prototype, and scale new architectures to improve model intelligence.
• Execute and analyze experiments to evaluate model performance.
• Study, debug, and optimize both model and computational performance.
• Contribute to the development of training and inference infrastructure.
• Guide technical and architectural decisions for foundational health technologies.

What we're looking for

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant industry work experience.
• Experience contributing to major LLM training runs.
• Proven track record of publishing state-of-the-art research.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience in training and evaluating multimodal models.
• Knowledge of time-series modeling, self-supervised learning, and cross-modal training.
• Ability to independently evaluate and improve deep learning architectures.
