Machine Learning Manager, Siri Speech

What you'll do

• Lead the development of unique voice characters using machine learning and human craftsmanship.
• Manage a team to create scalable processes for auto and human quality validation in AI voices.
• Drive technical decisions while fostering an environment where engineering and artistic excellence coexist.
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI standards and safety guidelines in product development.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of hands-on machine learning experience with significant product impact
• Over 2 years of leadership in managing software or ML teams focused on speech technology
• Proven track record of taking ownership and responsibility for feature development and product roadmaps
• Strong interpersonal skills and extensive collaboration experience across diverse roles like engineers, designers, researchers
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships within the organization
