Technical Leader, Software Engineering, Agentic AI Platform (Identity & Security)

What you'll do

• Own the architectural direction and cross-service technical execution for the distributed AI platform.
• Author end-to-end technical specifications to decompose complex system designs into executable work streams.
• Deploy cryptographic identity signing and zero-trust verification to harden service-to-service communication.
• Lead structured CVE remediation and production triage to maintain system stability and security.
• Establish high engineering standards and mentor senior engineers to drive platform technical maturity.
• Design and operate high-concurrency, distributed backend microservices using Go and Python.
• Integrate LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic runtimes, and tool-calling interfaces into the platform.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline plus 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of software engineering experience or PhD with 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum of 8 years experience designing, building, and operating high-concurrency, distributed backend microservices in production using Go and Python.
• Minimum of 4 years experience designing and implementing enterprise authentication and authorization systems like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and mTLS.
• Experience leveraging code generation tools and agents for software development.
• Demonstrated experience building or integrating LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic runtimes, tool-calling interfaces, or Model Context Protocol servers.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes with automated secret management and distributed tracing.
• Experience with API gateways, gRPC/protobuf, distributed workflow engines, real-time event streaming, or vector databases (preferred).
