Machine Learning Engineer Intern

What you'll do

• Develop, deploy, and operate machine learning models and pipelines at production scale.
• Lead an end-to-end research project applying modern ML techniques to solve specific business problems.
• Build and train models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Apply supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning to structured and unstructured datasets.
• Write production-quality Python code while following software engineering fundamentals like version control and testing.
• Identify new machine learning applications for blockchain and crypto use cases with product teams.
• Present research findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders at the end of the internship.
• Utilize generative AI tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and output quality.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a Ph.D. with published or in-progress research in machine learning, deep learning, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency building and training models using ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience applying supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning to structured or unstructured datasets.
• Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals including version control, testing, and writing production-quality Python code.
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs.
