What you'll do

Develop models to retrieve and rank relevant documents across multiple data sources.
Research and develop LLMs for summarizing personal data like emails and notifications.
Implement techniques for hallucination reduction, factual accuracy, and safety guardrails.

What we're looking for

10 years of work experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related field.
Experience in modeling user behavior, including personalization, online learning, and recommendation systems.
Experience in LLM development for NLP tasks and RAG applications, including prompt engineering, data collection, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Experience working with Python and at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in state-of-the-art LLM fine-tuning techniques such as SFT, RLHF, DPO, or LoRA (preferred).
At least 10 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing research direction (preferred).
At least 10 years of experience with large-scale model training, optimization, and deployment (preferred).
