What you'll do

Design and implement machine learning models for NLP and multimodal applications.
Develop RAG-based agentic solutions to improve query understanding and information retrieval.
Improve document ranking and generate high-quality answers using state-of-the-art LLM techniques.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features within the Siri Search system from ideation to production.
Integrate ML solutions into existing workflows and production systems at scale.
Manage and optimize ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows for large-scale deployment.
Fine-tune LLMs and apply neural network optimization and reinforcement learning techniques.
Conduct experiments to benchmark and optimize LLM training and evaluation algorithms.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of industry-related experience working in collaborative environments.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C/C++, and GoLand.
Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, AXLearn, and Scikit-learn.
Experience integrating ML solutions into production systems at scale, including CI/CD workflows and ML pipelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical concepts clearly.
Ph.D. in a related field (preferred).
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, neural network optimization, RL, and experimental rigor for benchmarking LLM optimization algorithms (preferred).
