Automation & Analytics Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and develop the MAC Analyzer tool with ML-based anomaly detection.
• Build self-improving analytical pipelines for triage, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Create intuitive interfaces for non-domain experts to run MAC diagnostics.
• Design, develop, and maintain an automated test framework for MAC features.
• Automate scenario-based testing for complex MAC configurations in lab environments.
• Build regression suites with comprehensive coverage metrics for release testing.

What we're looking for

• Experience in software development with strong data analysis and test automation skills.
• Familiarity with database querying and building test frameworks and automation pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex engineering heuristics into algorithmic workflows using ML frameworks.
• Background in wireless/MAC layer systems or telecommunications preferred.
• Experience with telemetry data pipelines, observability tooling, and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication skills for working with domain experts and capturing analytical approaches.
• Familiarity with release qualification processes and CI/CD integration.
