What you'll do

Develop scalable, high-quality systems across multiple products using C# and .NET.
Build and launch backend systems and APIs based on established software design principles.
Integrate AI coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as S3, SQS, DynamoDB, and ElastiCache.
Write unit, performance, and automated end-to-end tests to meet performance SLAs.
Manage microservices, distributed systems, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Perform database design and performance tuning for relational databases like MS SQL or MySQL.
Mentor other engineers and lead technical discussions to build team consensus on architecture decisions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
7+ years of production development experience with C# and .NET or .NET Core.
Proven history of building and launching successful products and platforms that meet performance SLAs.
Experience writing unit, performance, and automated end-to-end tests.
Strong experience building APIs and backend systems using software design principles.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, Apache Kafka, Datadog, and microservices architecture.
Professional experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
Authorization to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
