The Logistics Program Manager joins the Deployments Team to manage the end-to-end Integrated Product Support strategy for weapon system programs. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in 12 IPS elements, including supply support and technical data, while navigating DFARS/DoDI policies. Own the end-to-end Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategy for weapon system programs.
Author and defend product support business case analyses and lead supportability trade studies.
Translate technical data like FMECA and LORA into maintenance concepts and spares requirements.
Manage the sustainment CDRL suite to ensure regulatory compliance and government acceptance.
Establish depot partnering agreements, initial spare levels, and repair-and-return pipelines.
Oversee physical property records, IUID marking, and site inventory accuracy.
Direct the DMSMS program to proactively mitigate component obsolescence risks.
Develop O&S cost estimates and track performance metrics like MTBF and fill rates.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of progressively complex acquisition logistics, product support, or sustainment program management in a DoD or similar government environment.
Demonstrated ownership of a product support strategy spanning multiple IPS elements on a DoD or comparable government acquisition program.
Working knowledge of the 12 IPS elements, including maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, and PHS&T.
Direct experience authoring and delivering logistics CDRLs against DIDs and negotiating sustainment scope with government customers.
Familiarity with supportability analyses such as LORA, LMI/Logistics Product Data, SERD, provisioning, and RAM/RAM-C analysis.
Must be a U.S. Person eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
