Deputy Logistics Program Manager, Advanced Effects

What you'll do

• Author and manage the sustainment CDRL suite including technical manuals and support plans.
• Translate engineering analyses into provisioning quantities, maintenance intervals, and support equipment lists.
• Manage day-to-day repair-and-return pipelines and maintain accurate physical and digital property records.
• Develop standard operating procedures, trackers, and data standards to resolve program gaps.
• Represent product supportability at design reviews to ensure reliability and maintainability are integrated into the design.
• Execute the DMSMS program to identify and mitigate component obsolescence.
• Build operations and support cost estimates while analyzing performance metrics like MTBF and MTTR.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for government stakeholders regarding logistics and sustainment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressively complex acquisition logistics, product support, or sustainment program management in a DoD environment.
• Hands-on ownership of at least two IPS elements on a DoD or comparable government acquisition program.
• Working knowledge of the 12 IPS elements and DoD product support strategy and policy.
• Direct experience authoring and delivering logistics CDRLs against DIDs to government acceptance.
• Familiarity with supportability analyses such as LORA, LMI/Logistics Product Data, SERD, provisioning, and RAM/RAM-C analysis.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export-controlled information or facilities.
