Enable Linux distributions on AMD EPYC CPUs and Instinct GPUs in coordination with OS partners.
Resolve functional and performance issues involving AMD hardware and Linux distributions.
Perform hands-on software deployment, issue reproduction, and root-cause analysis in multi-machine lab environments.
Debug complex technical issues and drive corrective actions through cross-functional collaboration.
Analyze server system benchmarks to improve product quality and feature readiness.
Provide data-driven recommendations and consultative direction to senior management based on technical analysis.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience with Linux kernel and virtualization (KVM) debugging (preferred).
Experience with Linux feature backporting and upstreaming (preferred).
Basic programming skills in Python, C, or C++.
Exposure to server systems architecture and understanding of the interaction between hardware, firmware, operating systems, and applications (preferred).
Experience running and analyzing server system benchmarks (preferred).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed engineering organization with geographically distributed teams (preferred).
Ability or desire to use AI tools to maximize productivity (preferred).
