What you'll do

Ensure virtual machines and applications run successfully within a Platform As A Service (PaaS) environment.
Perform new installations and deployments of Platform As A Service systems.
Execute monthly system updates to maintain infrastructure integrity.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to specific applications or virtual machines.
Manage containerized services and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
Improve user experience and overall product performance through proactive problem-solving.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
A Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience plus at least 5 years of experience is required.
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (preferred).
Experience with VM management (preferred).
Experience with containerized services (preferred).
Tiered helpdesk experience (preferred).
