As a Lead Technical Program Manager - Data Tech Risk & Controls within the Consumer and Community Bank - Data Technology Risk & Controls team, you will drive the delivery of complex technology projects and programs. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources and budgets, and lead high-performing teams to meet business goals. Your daily work involves identifying risks, collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders, and supporting Data Management Controls, specifically Retention and Destruction and Technical Data Quality initiatives. You will use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data sensitivity compliance. Required skills include experience in audit, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You must be proficient with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office to execute reporting, governance, and data-driven optimizations for risk posture.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Support Data Management Controls initiatives for Retention, Destruction, and Technical Data Quality.
Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness to identify gaps and recommend enhancements for regulatory compliance.
Execute reporting and governance for controls, policies, issue management, and performance measurements.
Implement data-driven optimizations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technology initiatives.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Experience working in audit, regulatory compliance, and risk management or control functions.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various functional groups at all levels.
Advanced experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence, and MS Office.
Solid understanding of Data Quality principles (preferred).
