What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of supplier quality engineering experience.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience leading teams or projects.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) and expertise in root cause analysis tools.
  • Experience leading supplier audits, including onboarding and surveillance.
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards like AS9100 and ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management systems.
