Lead Solution Architect, Finance

What you'll do

• Design and lead enterprise-scale solution architectures spanning business processes, data, applications, integrations, and cloud services.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions with clear data ownership, integration patterns, and measurable outcomes.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable patterns, and governance practices to ensure consistency and interoperability.
• Serve as the primary architectural advisor for cross-functional delivery teams to resolve complex cross-domain decisions.
• Shape strategic roadmaps and business capability models to align solution designs with long-term enterprise objectives.
• Mentor and develop solution and system architects to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate solution-level risks while incorporating emerging technologies and architectural foresight.
• Orchestrate architecture decision records, solution briefs, and non-functional requirements for complex modernization initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Eight or more years of relevant IT experience is required.
• Five or more years of relevant architecture experience is required.
• Experience in energy, manufacturing, logistics, commercial, refining, or pipeline environments is preferred.
• Experience establishing or maturing an architecture practice through reusable patterns, standards, and governance is preferred.
• Experience carrying architecture through delivery and operation, including solution intent and data contracts, is preferred.
• Experience supporting portfolio and product decision-making, including technology and vendor evaluation, is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading architecture for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives spanning multiple systems and cloud platforms is preferred.
