What you'll do

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications and microservices.
Modernize and migrate legacy applications to OCP, Kubernetes, and Docker containerized environments.
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
Develop and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and integrations using Java, Python, or PySpark.
Troubleshoot complex application, container, and production issues while ensuring performance tuning and data quality.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers to ensure code quality and security.
Take ownership of production deployments, post-production stabilization, and observability monitoring.
Ensure all systems meet compliance, risk management, and non-functional requirements throughout the SDLC.

What we're looking for

Strong hands-on software engineering experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python, or comparable enterprise development technologies.
Strong experience with OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application deployment.
Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Harness, or equivalent.
Experience with automated build, test, deployment, and release pipelines.
Strong understanding of Linux, networking, application configuration, certificates, secrets, and container troubleshooting.
Experience with databases, application integration patterns, and implementing logging, monitoring, and observability.
4+ years of experience with infrastructure automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Ansible/Puppet/Terraform).
Exposure to e-Communication Surveillance/Compliance functions (preferred).
Cloud experience using Dockers, Kubernetes, Azure / AWS / GCP is a plus (preferred).
Working knowledge of APM tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, ITRS etc. (preferred).
Experience migrating legacy/on-prem applications to OCP or cloud/container platforms (preferred).
Ability to work effectively in virtual environments across various time zones and locations (preferred).
Experience with API gateways and enterprise integration platforms (preferred).
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and infrastructure-as-code concepts (preferred).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (preferred).
A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology (preferred).
