What you'll do

Manage customer requirements across multiple missions within JIRA.
Develop and maintain feature delivery plans, roadmaps, and user stories.
Act as the primary liaison between technical leadership and government customers to ensure requirement fulfillment.
Partner with PMO leadership to support resource management activities.
Participate in customer Technical Management (TEMs) and internal program meetings.
Travel to the customer location 2-3 times per week for meetings.

What we're looking for

Experience in the full software development lifecycle.
Experience planning, managing, and communicating customer requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience with Agile Software Development, including requirements management in tools such as JIRA.
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility.
Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, PMI-ACP, or similar (preferred).
Experience serving in a senior or lead Product Owner capacity on complex software development programs (preferred).
Familiarity with software architecture, DevSecOps, systems engineering processes, and software test/verification methodologies (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
