As a Lead Software Engineer: Frontend Development within Infrastructure Platforms, you will execute creative software solutions, design, and technical troubleshooting to solve complex problems. You will develop secure production code, review peer contributions, and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability. Your daily work involves driving team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code review, refactoring, and test strategy acceleration. You will lead communities of practice and evaluate external vendors for architectural applicability. Required skills include 5+ years of experience with Python, Django, Java, JavaScript, Node, React, Next-JS, and SQL. You must demonstrate proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native environments, and responsible AI use. The role focuses on building resilient, secure web applications within highly controlled and regulated technology environments.
Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other team members.
Design and execute creative software solutions to solve complex technical problems beyond conventional approaches.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of systems.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
Establish consistent validation standards for secure coding, peer reviews, and automated testing across the team.
Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to probe architectural designs and technical credentials.
Lead communities of practice to promote the awareness and use of leading-edge technologies.
Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to improve the value realized by automated processes.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Strong experience building and maintaining full stack web applications with Python, Django, Java, JavaScript, Node React, Next-JS, and SQL.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling, and coaching engineers on compliant adoption.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and agile methodologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline like cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
