Lead Software Engineer, Enterprise Agents

What you'll do

• Architect, design, implement, and deliver production-grade software systems for enterprise-scale AI Agents.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code across services, APIs, and data layers.
• Design orchestration patterns to integrate AI Agents into human and system workflows securely.
• Build and maintain a shared system context of design constraints, guardrails, and standards.
• Define readiness criteria and close architecture gaps to drive the technical path to GA.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the stack from infrastructure to application logic.
• Evaluate code and Agent behavior for correctness, security, and performance.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain service availability and operational health.

What we're looking for

• A related technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience is required, including production experience architecting and shipping Agent-based systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and API/service design are required.
• Proficiency in at least one OOP language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python) is required.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL API design, and building scalable, secure backend services is required.
• Experience with Agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling patterns, and LLM integration in production environments is required.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and a demonstrated AI-first engineering approach are required.
• Prior experience taking an Agent product from build to GA at enterprise scale (preferred).
