What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions meeting regulatory needs.
Deploy critical safeguards including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Bot mitigation, and DDoS protection.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions to drive digital product experiences for customers.
Utilize DevOps tools such as Python and Git/GitHub for engineering tasks.
Manage and secure web assets using advanced CDN controls and modern security practices.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share expertise on emerging tech trends.
Implement solutions involving machine learning, distributed microservices, and full-stack systems.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
At least 4 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience.
7+ years of DevOps Engineering experience (preferred).
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering with CDN security controls (preferred).
5+ years of Akamai experience (preferred).
5+ years of experience with HTTP Protocols, DNS, and Loadbalancing (preferred).
Bachelor’s Degree.
