What you'll do

Lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise developer tooling ecosystem.
Define tooling standards, best practices, and support models for the software catalog.
Own the developer experience by improving onboarding, self-service capabilities, and productivity initiatives.
Manage the full tool lifecycle including onboarding, patching, licensing, and retirement.
Drive modernization and automation initiatives to improve platform reliability and software delivery.
Lead platform migrations and evaluate emerging technologies like AI-assisted developer tools.
Monitor operational metrics, adoption trends, risk remediation, and cost optimization opportunities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related discipline.
2+ years of technical leadership experience.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SQL, and Java or .NET development.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
Experience supporting enterprise developer tooling ecosystems and artifact management platforms like JFrog.
Experience with security remediation and enterprise compliance requirements.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
