What you'll do

Architect, design, and implement scalable hybrid cloud solutions for transactional, analytics, and RAD workloads.
Write and review high-quality code while ensuring adherence to established best practices and standards.
Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish validation standards for AI outputs including secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
Utilize SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to increase the value realized by software development processes.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote technical excellence across the team.
Present technical concepts and project updates to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in hybrid cloud architecture concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in hybrid cloud architecture.
Proven experience in hybrid cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, GCP, or private clouds.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding and testing.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling in engineering workflows.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
Strong coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or React.
