What you'll do

Lead the build-out of end-to-end platform capabilities for Fund Administration and Transfer Agency businesses.
Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software solutions to solve complex technical challenges.
Manage stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and translate business objectives into technical plans.
Lead development planning activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and roadmap definition.
Champion the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
Develop secure production code and perform peer reviews to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Mentor and develop engineers across global locations through coaching and technical leadership.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience across the full stack SDLC, including system design, application development, testing, CI/CD, and operations.
Proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented analysis and design, and REST APIs.
Experience developing and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming and database querying languages.
Experience designing and operating cloud-native applications using AWS services, container platforms (ECS/EKS), Lambda, and Terraform.
Experience building event-driven systems and distributed architectures using messaging and streaming technologies like Kafka.
Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted software development tools and a strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Familiarity with React, AWS certifications, or knowledge of investment operations platforms (preferred).
