As a Lead Software Engineer - AI4TECH, you will join the Corporate Technology AI4Tech Scaling Team to develop software products critical to business advancement. You will work within an agile team to build, enhance, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. Your daily responsibilities include administering and scaling GitHub Copilot and Claude Code platforms, developing custom Copilot Skills and Agent configurations, and designing cloud infrastructure. Required technical skills include Python, Java, Terraform, and AWS services like EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, and Secrets Manager. What you'll do

Administer and scale GitHub Copilot and Claude Code platforms including user provisioning and policy enforcement.
Develop and maintain custom Copilot Skills and Agent configurations to encode domain-specific knowledge.
Design and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services.
Develop internal tooling, automation pipelines, and self-service portals for AI developer tool adoption.
Write, review, and debug secure, high-quality production code.
Build reporting dashboards and metrics pipelines to track AI tool usage and cost optimization.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Provide technical guidance to development teams onboarding to AI coding assistants.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Working knowledge and experience in backend development using Python and Java.
Working knowledge and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, Secrets Manager).
Experience administering GitHub Copilot Business/Enterprise, including seat management, policy configuration, and audit logging.
Experience authoring Copilot custom instructions, skills, and agent modes to standardize AI behavior.
Experience with Claude Code/Anthropic API integration, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, and MCP server configuration.
Experience building Claude Code hooks for automated code validation, security scanning, and workflow enforcement.
