What you'll do

Lead the architecture and delivery of an enterprise Document Management Platform powered by AI and IDP.
Design and develop Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs in a cloud-native environment.
Build end-to-end Intelligent Document Processing solutions using OCR, document classification, and workflow automation.
Architect AI-powered search capabilities leveraging Semantic Search, Vector Search, and RAG.
Lead cloud modernization initiatives on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes to transform legacy applications.
Champion the use of Generative AI, LLMs, and GitHub Copilot across the software development lifecycle.
Mentor engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and drive operational excellence and production support.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Six to eight years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
Experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture, and PostgreSQL or other enterprise data platforms.
Expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) including OCR, document classification, and metadata extraction.
Experience with AI Search and Retrieval including Semantic, Vector, Hybrid Search, and RAG.
Proficiency with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and GitHub Copilot.
