  • Convert ambiguous problems into focused plans while managing multiple multi-team projects.
  • Advocate for high-quality UX/UI design and lead data-driven experimentation practices.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of professional experience shipping bold product bets that alter business trajectories.
  • Ability to oversee comprehensive customer research plans and translate insights into innovative product directions.
  • Proven ability to convert ambiguous problems into focused plans while managing multi-team projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong technical depth to identify challenges, align engineering teams, and partner with Engineering Managers.
  • Mastery of experimentation and experience partnering with Data Science to prioritize roadmaps in a data-driven manner.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI paradigms to advocate for best-in-class design quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical/quantitative field.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Online Marketplaces, or Video/Media platforms (preferred).
