What you'll do

Define and own the multi-year product strategy for Hippo’s Quoting & Distribution platform.
Identify opportunities to improve quote-to-bind conversion by modernizing quoting infrastructure and embedding AI capabilities.
Lead cross-functional execution of major platform initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery with quality.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
Drive measurable outcomes, owning metrics such as GWP growth through distribution channels.

What we're looking for

7+ years of product management experience with full ownership of complex platforms.
Proven track record in insurance or related industries, focusing on quoting and distribution systems.
Experience managing API-heavy and integration-dense platforms, including third-party vendor relationships.
Strong background in partner/channel management and understanding external sales channels.
Demonstrated ability to bridge business and engineering teams effectively, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Track record of improving key metrics like GWP growth and quote-to-bind conversion rates at scale.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
