What you'll do

  • Define Marqeta's Enterprise AI & automation strategy, including governance frameworks and adoption roadmaps.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies through pilots to validate business value before scaling.
  • Oversee QA processes and provide feedback during sprint demos for internal AI platforms.
  • Manage the rollout of AI initiatives across all business units with phased deployment plans.
  • Establish and maintain an internal AI Champion Network to drive knowledge sharing and adoption.
  • Design and own the metrics framework to measure and report on the business value delivered by AI programs.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of IT product management experience, including at least 2 years in AI or emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage internal enterprise AI systems and platforms.
  • Strong track record in managing product backlogs, defects, and enhancement roadmaps for enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in evaluating and piloting new AI technologies before scaling them across the organization.
  • Demonstrated skill in influencing stakeholders without direct authority, ensuring alignment on high-impact initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tooling, including evaluation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
