Senior Product Manager, AI

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions that reduce out-of-stocks and improve fulfillment utilization.
• Define clear problem statements and success metrics based on customer outcomes to prioritize features from v0 to v1.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure models are reliable, safe, and observable through KPIs and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead discovery with customers to design pilots and proof points, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies for AI products.
• Model unit economics and ROI to set financial targets for margin recovery and report performance to executives and stakeholders.
• Ensure data readiness by assessing quality, telemetry, integrations, and feedback loops, implementing human-in-the-loop guardrails as needed.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping at least two AI/ML products with measurable financial outcomes.
• Hands-on data proficiency including querying large datasets and evaluating model performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale AI/ML products.
• Ability to build ROI models and present business cases to executive audiences.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles, security, IT, and procurement processes.
