Principal Product Manager, AI

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI solutions to reduce out-of-stocks and improve fulfillment utilization.
• Define clear problem statements, PRDs, and success metrics based on customer outcomes; prioritize features to deliver value quickly.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to scope experiments, manage backlogs, and ensure models are reliable and safe.
• Lead discovery with customers, design pilots, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue through go-to-market strategies.
• Model unit economics and ROI for AI products, set financial targets, and report performance to executives and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping at least two AI/ML products with measurable financial outcomes.
• Hands-on data proficiency including querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale AI/ML products.
• Ability to build ROI models and present business cases to executive audiences.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles, security, IT, and procurement processes.
