Principal Product Manager, AI

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions that reduce out-of-stocks and improve fulfillment utilization.
• Work backwards from customer outcomes to define clear problem statements, PRDs, and success metrics for new AI products.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure models and agents are reliable, safe, and observable.
• Lead discovery with customers; design pilots and proof points; collaborate on go-to-market strategies that drive revenue.
• Own the business case: model unit economics and ROI, set financial targets, and report performance to executives.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML products with measurable financial outcomes.
• Hands-on data proficiency, including querying large datasets and evaluating model performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale products.
• Demonstrated ability to build ROI models and present business cases to executives.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to commercial audiences.
